HOW MUCH DOES SELF STORAGE COST?
Storage spaces are charged by the amount of space you require and our friendly staff will be happy to assist in selecting the right size storage unit.
DO YOU ALSO SELL PACKING SUPPLIES AND BOXES?
Yes the onsite packing supply shop provides packing boxes, mattress and lounge covers, bubble wrap, butchers paper, packing tape, pictures and robe boxes and removal blankets.
WHAT CAN I STORE?
If it can be moved, it can generally be stored. Many of our customers store items such as furniture, toys, books, bikes, cars, sporting equipment, camping gear, files, computers, wine, tools, garage items and much more.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT?
Access is allowed seven days per week from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?
We accept the following methods:
– Direct debit with your bank
– Phone credit card payments for existing customers
(Visa and MasterCard)
– Direct payment at the office with Eftpos or cash
WHAT HOURS IS THE ONSITE OFFICE OPEN?
Office hours are:
– Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
– Saturday – 9.30 am to 12 noon
– Sunday and Public Holidays closed.
Other times by prior arrangement. Please note that unit access is always available 7 days a week 6.00 am to 6.00 pm
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD FOR A STORAGE UNIT?
There is a minimum of one month rental for the first month, then daily thereafter. Discounts apply for rentals of 12 months or more.
WHAT ARE THE SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS ON SITE?
We provide a modern, clean and secure site with personal PIN code gate access, CCTV camera surveillance, individual alarmed units and high security electric perimeter fencing.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE FOR MY GOODS?
Legally we are unable to insure your goods on your behalf. However we do offer insurance through our self-storage insurance broker at very reasonable rates. It is strongly recommended that all customers take out insurance cover for things like fire, water and burglary. Please enquire at our office about insurance options.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE TO RENT A STORAGE SPACE?
You will need photo ID, such as driver’s license, one months’ rent in advance and provide your contact details.
CAN I USE MY OWN PADLOCK?
Yes, you can provide your own padlock or purchase one from our office during business hours. We do not keep keys, and you control the entry to your own space.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T STORE?
You cannot store goods that are illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, hazardous, perishable or environmentally harmful such as chemicals, petrol, paints or solvents. If you are unsure, please enquire at the office or phone us.
